We didn’t build Kiskeya because outsourcing was a good business opportunity. We built it because we saw talented people being wasted — and businesses suffering for it.
Many of our agents grew up overseas, came to the United States to study, built their English fluency and professional skills in American classrooms and workplaces, and were eventually forced to return home when their immigration status no longer allowed them to stay.
They came back with U.S.-caliber education, U.S. communication standards, and U.S. professional experience — but without access to the U.S. job market they had trained for. Meanwhile, American small businesses were drowning in support tickets, missing calls, and unable to afford in-house customer service teams.
The connection was obvious. The solution was Kiskeya.
We built a professional BPO operation to hire these professionals — people who do not need to be trained to sound American because they already are. We gave them careers that match their preparation.
